A SIP Certified vineyard located in California's Ventura County, the Ojai Valley Organic in Practice boasts a meticulous approach to winemaking. Hand-picked and partially whole-clustered, the grapes are then aged in a 2-year-old barrel to provide a subtle oak flavor.
