SIP Certified vineyard in Paso Robles Highlands at high elevation with cool nights and hot days. The grapes were hand picked at high sugar levels but higher acidity to balance, making this a luscious and balanced wine. 30% whole cluster, and partially carbonic fermentation. Additionally co-fermented with 1% white wine must for smoothness and aromatics. The wine was gently pressed after fermentation and aged in neutral French oak for 8 months without racking. No fining, no RS, all vegan, no BS. 

Tasting Notes:

Dense purple in color, with a gorgeous nose of wild berry pie.  A fine balance of red and dark fruit with a fun spicy-herbal note. This wine is powerful and age worthy.  Very rich and round on the palate with surprisingly bright acidity.  Cellar Worthy.
