The grapes were hand picked at high sugar levels but higher acidity to balance, making this a luscious and balanced wine. 30% whole cluster, and partially carbonic fermentation. Additionally co-fermented with 1% white wine must for smoothness and aromatics. The wine was gently pressed after fermentation and aged in neutral French oak for 8 months without racking. No fining, no RS, all vegan, no BS.

Dense purple in color, with a gorgeous nose of wild berry pie. A fine balance of red and dark fruit with a fun spicy-herbal note. This wine is powerful and age worthy. Very rich and round on the palate with surprisingly bright acidity. Cellar Worthy.
