2017 Chardonnay

Organically farmed vineyard a stones throw from the ocean in Santa Barbara (Hope Ranch) this gorgeous wine is our take on a California Grand Cru Chablis. The grapes were hand picked, whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral french oak and aged sur-lies for 2.5 years with extended bottle aging.

Fresh to depth with a roughly six-year aging process prior to release. THE finest coastal CA Chardonnay we’ve ever tasted. Grown in sand along Hope Ranch this wines core is quintessentially what Chardonnay is. Flint, salinity, apple, pear, and richness backed by natural acidity. A collectible wine for the ages.
