2021 Grenache

SIP Certified vineyard, in one of the oldest plantings of Grenache in California. This iconic vineyard loves working with us, but we are not able to share their name, as we get very special deals on the fruit and farming. The grapes were hand picked, co-fermented with a tiny amount of Syrah, 20% whole cluster, and partially carbonic fermentation. The wine was gently pressed after fermentation and aged in neutral French oak for 8 months without racking. No fining, no RS, all vegan, no BS.
