2022 Jubilato Syrah

A SIP Certified vineyard located in California's Ventura County, the Ojai Valley Organic in Practice boasts a meticulous approach to winemaking. Hand-picked and partially whole-clustered, the grapes are then aged in a 2-year-old barrel to provide a subtle oak flavor.

Tasting Notes:

Classic nose of wild berries, lavender, crushed stones, leather, smokey meat and black pepper with a refreshing burst of sour pomegranate. Deep complexity with a graceful transfer of aromatics to the palate. One of the best CA Syrah’s our team has tasted this year. Cellar Worthy.
