2022 Clairette Blanche “Watch Hill”

A SIP Certified vineyard in Santa Barbara County, Alisos Canyon, known as "Watch Hill," benefits from a unique Marine Influence via San Antonio Creek. The grapes are carefully hand-picked and whole cluster pressed, then fermented in neutral French oak barrels for 9 months. This process does not include fining or any residual sugar, making it vegan-friendly with no added BS.

Tasting Notes:

A floral punch with nice citrus undertones of lemon and lime.  Fresh pineapple and mineral finish the nose with hints of lees from barrel aging.  Dense and creamy with great freshness and a long finish. Highly perfumed and complex.
